This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which is not designed, neglect, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the owner; accidents, and/or tampering.

If you safe is determined to be defective and we are responsible for the cause we will have it repaired at our expense, or we will send a new replacement at no cost to you.
